Subject: A collection survives - available to all
Special collections like this are usually ... unknown and/or inaccessible to people unless they are members of the community that holds them. Here we see in one place the tremendous value of Open Access combined with the archival importance of keeping a collection alive.
Everybody will now be able to benefit from decades of collecting by librarians, and the dedication of the Internet Archive team.
Well done to everybody involved.
